These delicious blackberry hand pies are fresh baked and we love them!
Portion: Ten one serving
- 2 pie crust I used frozen pie crust this time, but you can also make your own.
- 2-3 cup frozen or fresh blackberries
- 1/3 cup white granulated sugar
- 1 egg beaten

Roll out the pie crust. Use a 5-inch round bowl or something to cut out the pie crust.

Add 5-6 blackberries to each dough ball. Sprinkle the berries with a teaspoon of sugar.
