This sawdust pie is delicious and simply put…I’m serious! Just mix the ingredients, pour into the pie crust and bake.this is that Simple! This pie is loaded with coconut, graham crackers and pecans. A bit like pecan pie, but without the thick syrup. It’s so delicious and it’s a hit whenever we serve it.
Ingredients needed for a simple sawdust pie:
liquid egg white
graham cracker crumbs
white sugar
pecan
sweetened flaky coconut
9 inch deep puff pastry
Recipe note: I love this pie with ice cream or whipped cream. Many people enjoy it with whipped cream and sliced bananas.

easy sawdust pie
This pie is super easy and will quickly become your favorite. Perfect for any occasion.
Serving: 8 serving
- 1 cup of liquid egg white
- 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 1/2 cup pecan nuts
- 1 1/2 cup sweetened flaky coconut
- 9- inch deep dish pie crust

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place crust in deep-dish pie plate. Stir all ingredients together and pour into pie crust.

Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until pie is set.

Let the pie cool for 1-2 hours.
Topped with whipped cream and sliced bananas, this pie is loved by many.
