  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup rich whipped cream
  • 1/4 tea spoon salt
  • 3 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 1 tea spoon vanilla flavor
  • Place all ingredients in a pot and mix. Cook on stove until boiling, then simmer over low heat for an additional 3 minutes, stirring frequently. This makes 1 cup of hot fudge sauce. I usually double the recipe.
