Within months of purchasing the reformer at the beginning of the pandemic, Forma Pilates It had become the go-to class for all major models and celebrities, Hailey Bieber, Kaia Gerber, Kendall Jenner, etc. She’s literally one of LA’s biggest kept secrets.
But celebrity fanfare is just a decoration for Levi. The original goal was to keep ourselves grounded and instill purpose in times of chaos and uncertainty. Not only did that intention change her business, But it also changed the lives of those around her..

It’s located behind my LA home, so space is very limited, which also explains why studio workouts are by referral only. With a lot of buzz about Levi and her Pilates studio, we reached out to find out more, and she was very kind enough to invite us into her beautiful home and explore everything from skin care to supplements and more. She taught me all about her morning routine, down to the minute.
What does a typical day look like for you?
A typical day for me starts with 5-10 minutes of guided meditation, jumps out of bed, brews Alfred matcha, takes a morning walk with my two hippoos, then 7am-1pm. I will go out for training. I like my first meal. After a quick refreshment in the backyard, I take a break in the afternoon session to check my emails and let everyone know I’m fine.end the day by cooking dinner and watching the show.
What time is your wake-up call?
I naturally wake up at 5am every day, no matter what I’m doing. I always get up early. I try to get at least 7 hours of sleep, maybe 8 if I’m lucky.

What’s the first thing you do when you wake up?
As soon as I wake up, I chug a bottle of water on the nightstand, Lipospheric Vitamin C and clean vitamin d.

What does your morning routine look like before work?
I love mornings Mornings are really my time. I have two dogs and I take them for a walk every morning to get matcha. Alfred. I would say it is a kind of active meditation or grounding. While the streets are calm and quiet, breathing in the fresh, crisp morning air allows you to gather your thoughts and energy to plan your series for the day.
What are your rituals for success?
An inner conversation with myself. I’m a perfectionist, so I’ve learned how important it is to be kind to yourself. I have a long list of affirmations that I read and recite daily to keep me centered and focused throughout the day.

what do you have for breakfast
I am intermittent fasting so my first meal will be until after the morning session instruction is over around 1pm. I’m a light eater, but my ideal breakfast is Nancy’s probiotic yogurt with organic berries, granola and honey.
Describe your morning beauty routine from start to finish.
Now I alternate between two amazing facialists who always keep me up to date with the best products for my skin.Skin by Charlotte and Dr. Barbara Sturm.
Start with the cleanser.I use Dr. Barbara Sturm’s Enzyme Cleanser Environ Focus Care Clarity+ Cebu Wash Gel Cleanser.
I use Biologic Recherche P50W every other morning.
Then the makeup is ready. Start with Illia True Skin Serum Foundation, Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer in Biscuits, then dab MAC Blush on lids.I MAC mahogany liner Smudge, then finish with mascara.
What are your morning media habits?
Instagram. I take pride in managing Forma’s IG. Creating content that motivates and inspires people every day is very important to us as a brand.

What do you always have on your nightstand to make your morning run smoothly?
A watch, water, lip balm, and vitamins.
What’s your favorite prep soundtrack?

Do you exercise in the morning?
This is a work in progress as I try to find time to be in the studio for at least 20 minutes each morning.sometimes this happens at 5 morning
What is your daily uniform?

Tell me one or two things you do every day that make your life more enjoyable.
Put your phone in airplane mode for dinner, have a girls’ night out, or take a weekend off and go on a mini trip.
If you could narrow your success down to one thing, what would it be?
It gave me the opportunity to do what I love every day without losing sight of who I really am. Be transparent, honest and genuine. Organic growth, in my opinion, is the most successful type of growth. No fluff. What you see is what you get. I believe that just being a good person attracts good energy.
