Rumored NVIDIA RTX 4090 Ti Specs Are Coming

A quick update to the RTX 4090 Ti specs shared by Kopite7kimi himself.

It looks like NVIDIA is on the verge of making even faster RTX 40 graphics cards available. Just two days ago, a new leak confirmed that NVIDIA is working on: 800W Titan GPU, probably with 48 GB of memory. Today we found out that the TITAN and RTX 4090 Ti really should be two different models.

According to Kopite, the RTX 4090 Ti would feature a reduced AD102 GPU with 18176 cores (1792 more cores than the RTX 4090), upgraded memory to 24 Gbps modules and a TBP of 600W. The last part is not clear if it refers to TDP, TGP, or just the maximum power of the board. Either way, it could simply be the default board power (450W+) being higher, but the maximum configurable power limit is the same as the RTX 4090 Ti (600W). This is a limit of 16 power connectors in one.

A faster memory chip suggests a maximum bandwidth of 1152 GB/s for the card, which is 144 GB/s faster than any RTX 4090 currently on the market. Also note that Kopite confirms his PG136 and PG139 board numbers. These are the NVIDIA Reference and Founders Edition board numbers. So the RTX 4090 Ti will have the same board as the RTX 4090.

It’s no secret that NVIDIA has been planning this card for a long time. One of his first leaks before the launch of the RTX 40 was this piece of metal in the new cooler design that he later used for the non-Ti model of the RTX 4090.

Kopite has not confirmed when such cards will be released. In fact, there seems to be absolutely no reason to launch a new flagship Ti model right now. NVIDIA, on the other hand, is due to give his GTC keynote in March, which would have been a good place to announce the new TITAN.
