all purpose flour
salt
baking powder
baking soda
egg
fresh oranges or orange peel
white sugar
Olive oil
orange juice
orange or vanilla extract
buttermilk
Drizzle ingredients:
orange juice
Granulated sugar
Glaze ingredients:
icing sugar
milk

orange loaf cake
This orange loaf cake is easy to make and so refreshing!
Serving: 6 serving
Cake ingredients:
- 2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 tea spoon salt
- 1 tea spoon baking powder
- 1/2 tea spoon baking soda
- 2 egg
- 1 orange peel, or about 2 tablespoons orange peel
- 1 cup white granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 1/2 tea spoon orange extract
- 1 cup buttermilk
Drizzle ingredients:
- 2 tablespoon orange juice
- 2 tablespoon white granulated sugar
Glaze ingredients:
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- milk

Mix flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, blend eggs, orange peel, white sugar, olive oil, orange juice, orange or vanilla extract, and buttermilk. Combine with cake flour and mix with a mixer.

Spray a 9 x 5 bread pan and add batter. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45-50 minutes or until center test is done.

Add a drizzle on the bottom before removing from pan while hot. Cool for 10 minutes and remove from pan.
