Welcome to the weekend, my friend! Ohio had some nice warm days earlier this week, but then it turned rainy and chilly. Spring is definitely approaching, regardless of the temperature. The trees on our property are in bloom, the garden has sunny daffodils and the sun continues to shine through the clouds.

Our Easter tradition is pretty laid back. I will go to church tomorrow morning and then have dinner at home. After that, if I’m lucky, I plan to take a walk or a long walk. I am happy to take both options!

what i am reading: Deep Work: Rules for Intensive Success in a Distracted World By Cal Newport. I was reading this last weekend and said I finished reading it this week. It’s full of suggestions and tips that lead to basic common sense, but I’ve benefited from the reminders.
