A legend of its time, the Porsche 917 earned its fame on the track and was immortalized in the movies. This example may not be the original race car, but the next best thing is the race track.
As you can see, this isn’t a Porsche 917 at all, but it opens up a copy of the car to reveal a slot car racetrack inspired by the Sarthe circuit. 24 Hours of Le Mans.
Featuring a folding design, the top of the Porsche opens to reveal a 13-foot-long, 6-foot-wide (3.9 x 1.8 m) racetrack. The look is inspired by Le Mans, but the shape of the track is similar to his S-curve Suzuka Short track.

The surface of the truck is hand-painted and lovingly detailed throughout. Le Mans-like details include the Dunlop Bridge, Esso Oil Man and Martini Barn. Familiar brand signs such as Shell, Agip, Champion, Girling, Bilstein and Solex are also found around the track.
It’s all a lovely homage to classic Le Mans and only gets better from there, with 19 slot cars included in the sale. Collection highlights include a GT40 (modified to act as a camera car), a Ferrari 512 Coda Lunga, a Lola T70, and several Porsche 917s. Martini coloring.
A large car with a truck in it is a fake, but an impressive sculpture. The body is made of composite material, with the exhaust pipe and mission case behind. The brakes and headlights also work, and when you press the button, the body opens electrically.
