Jane Carter Told TMZ … the family’s wish is to get everything out of his estate – which proves the value of $550,000 in real estate and private property documents – goes to 1-year-old princebecause they want to make sure their children are taken care of as they grow up.
As previously reported, Aaron is unmarried and died without a will.
Jane says this doesn’t turn into an awkward legal situation… Note that she thinks Aaron wanted everything to go to his son, and the family needed the money anyway. plug.
Jane says she and Aaron’s siblings have yet to meet Prince, the mother of Aaron’s ex-fiancée. Melanie, currently has custody. However, the family wants a relationship between Prince and Melanie.
For those who don’t know, Aaron’s twin sister angel A petition was filed this week to serve as custodian of Aaron’s estate, and Jane asked Angel to take on the role.
By the way Jane says Aaron reached out to his brother Nick a few weeks ago his death …ask to make up. Unfortunately Nick was on tour in Europe, but he said he planned to contact Aaron when he got back to the US. Sadly it never happened.
