Anne Heche Cocaine was in her system at the time of the car accident that ultimately claimed her life…according to the actress’s final autopsy and toxicology report.
According to a document obtained by TMZ, cocaine detected In Heche’s blood as an investigator pulled the sample A large fire breaks out after Anne crashes her car into a house, lock her up for 45 minutes in her car.
Toxicology also states that fentanyl was detected in Heche’s urine, but it is determined that it was administered at the hospital while she was being treated for pain.
