Much like Apple, Samsung has its own refurbishment program for smartphones, including last year’s flagship product line. The Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, and Galaxy S22 Ultra can all be purchased as “Certified Re-Newed” from Samsung itself in the US within hours.
The Galaxy S22 starts at $619 ($849.99 at launch), the Galaxy S22+ starts at $769 (starting at $1,049.99), and the Galaxy S22 Ultra starts at $919 (starting at $1,299.99).
Samsung’s Certified Re-Newed devices undergo a 132-point inspection to ensure “like new” quality and come with a one-year warranty. All phones will come with new batteries and updated software, as well as new screens, cameras and speakers if needed. Also included in the box is a new charging cable, a new user manual and a new SIM eject pin.
Certified updated phones are unlocked and work with all carriers.
