We live in the spiritual realm. In many cases, what we think of as physical battles with other people and situations may actually be an all-out attack from evil spiritual forces in heavenly places.
Ephesians 6:11-12 He instructs believers to: Our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, the authorities, the powers of this dark world, and the evil spiritual powers of Heaven.” (NIV).
Interesting ephesians 6 In order to be able to withstand spiritual attacks, we are instructed to wear “the full armor of God.”All the armor listed in verses 14-17 refer to the person of Jesus. The verse basically says to put on Christ. Accept the truth and righteousness of Christ, exercise faith in Christ, give God’s word as our sword, and trust in Christ as our salvation. In other words, stay in Christ, worship He is our perfect defense against Satan’s attacks.
Here are five ways to wear the full armor of God. worship Him as your weapon against psychic attack:
1. Say the name of Jesus.
Ephesians 6:17 It states that the “armor of God” includes “the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.” Ephesians 4:12 say “salvation is there” [Jesus and] For there is no other name under heaven given to mankind from which we must be saved. Furthermore, the Bible tells us that the Word of God was revealed in Jesus (John 1:1,14). Simply put, there is power in the name of Jesus. So, instead of just ending your prayers with the words “in the name of Jesus,” start praising Jesus and who he is, reminding yourself (and the spiritual forces of darkness) of the power of that name. let me try. For example, pray, “Jesus, you are more powerful than my enemies.” “Jesus, if you are on my side, who can be against me?”Romans 8:31) “Jesus, your name is over every name in heaven and on earth” (Ephesians 1:21). “Jesus, you have all authority” (Matthew 28:18).
2. Maintain a heart of praise.
1 Thessalonians 5:18 says, “In all circumstances give thanks, for this is the will of God to you in Christ Jesus.” all situations It means praising and thanking Him in the midst of disappointment, in the midst of heartache, in the midst of pain. It is often the time when we are at our weakest and most vulnerable to mental attack, so your mindset of praising all things may fend off enemy attacks in the first place.
But if you are like Job, living a righteous life and being attacked, obey. 1 Thessalonians 5:18 And thank him that he is stronger than any force that can stand against you. appreciate(James 1:2-4). You abide in Him when you keep the heart of praise, which is the essence of worship. Psalm 22:3 We say that God lives in the praise of His people or sits in our praise. When God dwells in those who praise, Satan’s attacks can incite, but they cannot penetrate. If we keep our hearts and minds on thanking the Lord, we will wield a spiritual assault with the weapon of praise.
3. Sing a scripture.
One of the things I love about old hymns and even some modern worship music is that many of them contain direct quotes from Scripture, making them easy to remember and easy to recite. . All the psalms (literally meaning “song”) of the Bible were originally set to be sung to music. Create your own tunes in your head as you sing Bible psalms aloud or sing psalms and New Testament verses set to music by 19th-century composers and contemporary music artists.
Singing scriptures reminds us of who we are in God’s eyes. For example, you are his beloved (Jeremiah 31:3), you are his friend (John 15:13-15), you are his adopted son (Romans 8:15), you are “his masterpiece” (Ephesians 2:10 NLTs).When you quote the Bible to Satan, he know He recoils, trembling with the power of God’s written word.
4. Pray the Bible aloud.
Although we tend to think of worship as singing and other forms of praise, worship also includes prayer, reading of the Word, silent praise and reflection to God, and a focus on God’s worthiness. will be In fact, think of worship as focusing on God’s “worthy vessel.”
Psalm 145 has been found to be particularly effective in teaching young believers how to pray through Scripture. Read each verse aloud, paraphrase it, and personalize it in prayer to God. for example, Psalm 145:8 It is written as: Slow to anger and full of mercy” (NASB). Make it personal and give it back to God. Thank you for being slow to anger and full of mercy when it comes to your love for me.
By personalizing the Scriptures to your life and circumstances, and by staying true to God’s attributes and who He is in your prayers, you are applying the Bible to your daily life. , means praying to the Bible about your situation and using it as a weapon of spiritual attack.
5. Remember who has power and authority.
If you learned in Sunday school or today believe that God and the devil are equal, you are lying. Satan is a created being, a fallen angel, subject to God’s authority and judgment. . Satan’s attacks are nothing compared to the Almighty, Almighty, Eternal God who created all things instead of being created. The battle, and your battle, is truly the Lord’s (Proverbs 21:31).beginning John 4:4 It tells you that the one in you (Christ Jesus) is greater than the one in the world (Satan and his minions). Romans 8:31 “If God is for us, who can be against us?” These verses build faith in One who has absolute power and authority.
Mental attacks often happen when you already feel defeated or believe you can. I never have be defeated. Protect yourself from pride and belief that you are not under attack by remembering God’s authority and power, not your own. Humble yourself before the Lord (James 4:10) and rely on his power to get you through.
according to Ephesians 1:20-23, God raised Jesus from the dead and made him sit at his right hand in the heavenly places, far above all rulers, authorities, powers, dominions, and not only in this age, but in the age to come. Also put on all names named “Come on.”And he put all things under his feet and gave him to the church as head over all things. Matthew 28:18: “All authority in heaven and earth has been given unto me.” Recognize. As you worship and remember the authority of Christ, you also remind yourself and Satan of his impending defeat.
