Ariana Maddix shades Raquel Leavis Mariah Carey style.

Maddix took a sharp look at Levi’s while drinking coffee around Studio City in Los Angeles on Tuesday.

In video footage obtained by Page Six, Maddix, 37, is being asked by a photographer if Levi, 28, called to apologize for his shocking relationship with Tom Sandoval.
