Keep in mind that using or using a different type of fat can affect the final taste and texture of the dish.
air fryer cooking tips
If you’re new to air frying, here are a few tips to keep in mind.

- Toss the brussels sprouts halfway through cooking to ensure even browning.
- Watch the brussels sprouts during the final minutes of cooking, as they can brown quickly from fully browned.

Storage and reheating instructions
This dish is best enjoyed fresh, as reheating softens the sprouts and makes them less crunchy. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. When reheating, you can put it back in the air fryer for a few minutes to crisp it up again.
