green pepper
Canned Rotel Tomatoes with Green Chili Pepper
white or yellow onion
breakfast pork sausage
minced garlic
frozen cowpea
tomato sauce
beef broth
smoked paprika

This Black Eyed Peach Chili is a hearty dish your family will love.
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 1 Canned Rotel Dead
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tea spoon minced garlic
- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 2 cup frozen cowpea
- 1 15 oz can of tomato sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tea spoon smoked paprika
- 1 1/2 tea spoon of chili powder
- 1 tea spoon ground cumin

In skillet, cook breakfast sausage, onions, bell peppers, and minced garlic until sausage is no longer brown. Drain the grease.

Place sausage mixture and remaining ingredients in a 4-quart saucepan and cook over low heat for 4 to 6 hours.

Serve with sour cream, cheese and salty crackers.
