The Smoked Sausage Pasta Skillet is a great comfort meal, quick and easy to eat. Just add cornbread muffins and salad. This diet is suitable for summer and winter. I like to use fresh garden tomatoes and peppers in this recipe in the summer.
Smoked Sausage Pasta Skillet Ingredients needed:
smoked sausage
butter
onion
green pepper
minced garlic
salt
black pepper
hot sauce, optional
chicken stock soup
diced tomato
Green chili
Rotini pasta (you can use shell, macaroni or penne)
Shredded cheese of your choice (more cheese. I used mozzarella cheese this time)
This recipe is super versatile and easy to put together on a busy night. You can also make this without the pasta and serve it over rice for another easy and separate dish.
