  4. For the chocolate layer: Place the condensed milk, chocolate chips, butter, and vanilla in a medium glass mixing bowl and microwave for 90 seconds. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour the chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread it to the edges of the peanut butter with a spatula or knife.
  6. As soon as the chocolate layer is poured in, gently stir the layer using the edge of a knife or the edge of a spoon.
  7. Place in the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours until set. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
