Impossible Italian Pie
This impossible Italian pie is super easy to make and perfect for busy nights!
Serving: 6 serving
- 1/2 tea spoon minced garlic
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1 lb sweet italian sausage
- 2 cup shredded italian blend cheese
- 1 tea spoon dried basil
- 1 tea spoon dried oregano
- 1 tea spoon dried parsley
- 3 egg
- 1 1/3 cup of evaporated milk
- 3/4 cup of Bisquick

Preheat oven to 400.

Sauté minced garlic, minced onion and bell pepper over medium heat until softened. Add sausages and browns; Drain the grease.

Remove from heat and mix shredded cheese. Spray into a 9-inch deep pie plate.

Add sausage mix to pie pan. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl, then pour in the sausage mixture.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
