- 2 Pork chop 3/4 to 1 inch thick
- 1 tea spoon kosher salt
- 1/2 tea spoon black pepper
- 1/2 tea spoon garlic powder
compound butter
- Four tablespoon salted butter softened
- 1 tea spoon minced garlic
- 1 tea spoon parsley chopped
- 1/2 tea spoon Rosemary chopped
- 1/2 tea spoon salt
- 1/2 tea spoon black pepper
- 1 splash Worcestershire sauce
instructions

Place pork chops on rack so air can flow up and down. Season pork chops with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Let the pork chops sit at room temperature for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Preheat air fryer to 390-400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Dab excess water on surface of pork chops.

Once the air fryer is preheated, place the pork chops into the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes. Flip the chops over and cook for an additional 5-6 minutes. Total cooking time depends on the thickness of the chops. The final temperature should be 145 degrees Fahrenheit.

When the pork chops are done, remove them from the air fryer, top with compound butter and let them rest for 10 minutes.
