The peach coffee cake is excellent. Your family and guests will love it! It can be stored in the refrigerator for several days. You can eat it cold or warm it up in the microwave. I love anything with peaches and pecans. You can serve this as a dessert.
Ingredients needed for Peach Coffee Cake:
2 cans (15 oz) sliced peaches
all purpose flour
white granulated sugar
Peach coffee cake swirl ingredients
pecans or walnuts
cake glaze material
You can also use frozen or fresh peaches instead of canned, or substitute more milk for the peach juice in the recipe. Either way, this cake is a great way to start your day. I think it would be delicious with ice cream as a topping. I love it hot straight out of the oven, but the glaze is enough to take this coffee cake to the next level.
