Sewer repairs will take days, officials say
A sewer outage around 800 blocks of Isleta Boulevard Southwest on Thursday is still far from repaired, along with roads being excavated for it. Excavation work is still needed to reach the damaged pipes. “We expect it will take several days to repair and bring the road back to normal,” Morris said. “I’ve been told it’s a tough job.” Meanwhile, traffic in both directions keeps him reduced to one lane.
