Preheat oven to 350°F and butter an 8-inch baking pan. You will need a large mixing bowl for the batter. Start by whisking the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.

Then stir in the vanilla, lemon zest and lemon juice. Beat eggs one at a time until just combined. Place the flour and baking powder in another bowl and lightly dust the blueberries with the dry ingredients.

Then, mix the dry ingredients into the dough, half at a time. Gently stir in the blueberries and pour all into a greased skillet.

For the topping, mix cake flour and sugar and add melted butter. Stir lightly with a fork, then sprinkle sugar crumbs over the dough.

**Gluten Free Topping Alternatives
