  • 2 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1/2 medium white onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon garlic chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper finely chopped
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • Four cup cooked rice
  • 1/8-1/4 cup soy sauce (regular or low sodium)
  • 2 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoon binapple juice
  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce option
  • 1-2 cup pineapple cube
  • 1/2 cup cashew nuts (option)
  • 1/2 cup green onion chopped


  • Heat cooking oil in a wok or skillet over medium heat.

  • Add the diced onions, minced garlic, and diced green peppers to the pan. Sauté for 3-5 minutes until the onions are slightly softened.

  • Add the frozen peas to the skillet and sauté until fully cooked.
