Today, I look back on all the positive growth of the past year and celebrate how it has manifested itself, while also welcoming more opportunities to learn and change in 2023. In this moment of personal growth, I want to invite all that can influence my continued upward spiral.

Camille Styles has served me year after year as a source of inspiration to help me live my best life. I learned how to fill my days with more joy.

But before we look ahead, let’s look back together. Below, I share three questions that helped me clear the clutter and get to the heart of what I really want in my life.

By paying attention to how I feel physically and mentally, I have been able to make small but significant changes and produce transformative results.
  • do i like the way i live This is a broad question, but it gets to the heart of what it takes to live the life you’ve always dreamed of.It affects your relationships, your work, and how you spend your time. my advice? Keep a time diary for the week. Each day, take note of the times and activities that fill your time. At the end of the seven days, reflect and reassess. what do you want to remove? What would you like to create more space for?

Trust in the Power of Manifestation

Much like journaling, I have always been skeptical about the practice of manifestation. Can envisioning and dreaming of your best life really help you achieve it? In my opinion, this concept was comparable to Toxic Positive. But after speaking with a manifestation expert, I realized I couldn’t have been more wrong. When I asked how I could trust it to actually work, she shared a few words that completely changed my view of the manifesto.

Find a habit that brings you joy

2022 was all about romanticizing the small, seemingly mundane moments of my everyday life. Instead of sipping coffee while reading emails, I lit a candle and carefully enjoyed my first sip of the morning. Instead of getting bogged down in my usual weekend routine, I started looking for novelty and new experiences in my city. The point is that we can always choose how we spend our time. And personally, I’d rather fill my days with happy, happy habits and routines that make me appreciate the life I’m living in the moment.
