dry vanilla instant pudding
milk
heavy cream
vanilla wafer
These cookies have simple ingredients and are easy to make. A perfect combination of bananas, white chocolate chips and vanilla wafers. It’s a soft, chewy cookie that takes it to the next level when you add toppings. This recipe made about 30 cookies!
Make sure you are using an instant dry pudding mix. The cook and serve variety is not what we are looking for. Instant pudding is what works for this recipe.

banana pudding cookie
If you love banana pudding, you’ll love this delicious banana pudding cookie.
Serving: Ten serving
Cookie ingredients:
- 3 cup all purpose flour
- 1 1/4 tea spoon baking soda
- 1/2 tea spoon salt
- 2 1 cup stick or butter melted
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup white granulated sugar
- 2 ripe banana crushed
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tea spoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup vanilla wafer bread flour both coarse and fine
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Topping ingredients:
- 4 1/2 tablespoon dry vanilla instant pudding
- 1/2 cup milk used 2%
- 1 cup heavy cream
- vanilla wafers and crumbs for garnish

Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. set aside. mash the bananas.

Put melted butter, white sugar and brown sugar in another bowl and beat with a mixer. Add banana, vanilla extract and egg yolk and keep mixing.

Combine with dry ingredients and mix with a mixer. Add vanilla wafer crumbs and white chocolate chips. Mix with a spoon.

Spray a baking sheet or line with parchment paper and drip cookie batter onto the sheet. Use about 2 tablespoons of batter per cookie.

Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 12 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely before adding bottom toppings. Makes about 2 1/2 dozens of cookies.
Topping instructions:

Mix the pudding mix, milk and vanilla essence with a mixer.

In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Mix the whipped cream into the pudding dough with a spoon or spatula.

Spread over chilled cookies. Sprinkle with vanilla wafer crumbs and he can decorate with an additional cookie on top.
