Ingredients needed for blueberry cream cheese biscuits:
grounds pillsbury biscuits
fresh blueberries
Cream cheese
butter
icing sugar
vanilla
nuts, optional
Recipe note:
These biscuits are made by Grands Pillsbury Biscuits. I’m sure you can make other brands as well. However, choose a larger biscuit to make sure it holds the blueberries and cream cheese.Optionally, I sprinkled nuts over the biscuit.

blueberry cream cheese biscuit
These simple biscuits use just a few ingredients and are so good!
Serving: 8 serving
- 1 16.3 oz cans of Grands Pillsbury Biscuits
- 1.5 cup of fresh blueberries
- 1 8 ounce chunks of cream cheese softening (split)
Ingredients for topping
- Four tablespoon of butter
- Four ounce of cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tea spoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9-inch pie mold or an 8X8 square mold with cooking spray. From one biscuit he makes two biscuits by opening the biscuits and separating each biscuit. Then pat them flat. Spread cream cheese on the inside of the biscuit and add 3 blueberries. Roll into a ball. There should be 16, since there are 8 in the biscuit.
