It tastes just as good as a burger on the grill. The next time you’re craving a classic burger, skip the grill and opt for the Air Fryer for a quick, satisfying meal.
ground beef substitute
Mind your beef consumption or just want to mix things up? Substitute ground turkey, chicken, lamb, or pork for a delicious treat! Ground turkey and chicken tend to be low in fat, so they may need a little extra cooking time to cook through. Minced or minced meat, on the other hand, is generally higher in fat and may cook a little faster. If you’re using red meat, also consider adding a little oil or broth to help retain moisture while cooking.
air fryer burger topping ideas

- Cheese of your choice (I love American, Cheddar and Pepper Jack!)

- Tomato
- onion (raw and/or roasted)
- pickles
- Ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise and other sauces
- Avocado
- bacon

How to store and reheat
This recipe is for 4 burgers. If you have leftovers, hamburger patties can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. We recommend avoiding storing burgers with toppings and buns as they can become sticky. Keep separate for best results. You can also use an air fryer to reheat the patties.Preheat to 350 degrees F, then cook for 2 to 4 minutes.
