This Maple Pecan Pancake Bake is a great start to the day.
Serving: 6 serving
- 2 egg beaten a little
- 1 1/2 cup Bisquick’s
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup Maple syrup
- 1/2 cup pecan nuts chopped (optional)
- 3-4 slice cooked and crushed bacon option

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place the first 6 ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Spray an 8X8-inch baking dish with cooking spray, then pour in the mixture.

Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.

Add the crumbled bacon on top and cook an additional 5 to 6 minutes or until the center of the knife is clean.

Cut into squares and serve with maple syrup. Serves 6-8 people
