ooee gooey carrot cake
This gooey carrot cake is super easy to make!
Serving: 8 serving
- 1 carrot cake mix
- 2 egg
- 12 tablespoon butter or 1 1/2 sticks melted
- 1 tea spoon vanilla extract
Ingredients for topping
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 tea spoon vanilla extract
- 3 cup icing sugar
- 1 cup pecan nuts chopped

Do not follow the instructions on the cake mix box to make this cake. Hand mix cake mix, eggs, melted butter and vanilla extract. Spray a 9 x 13 cake tin with cooking spray and press cake mixture into mold. This will be the bottom layer of the cake.

Topping procedure

Blend the topping ingredients in a mixer and spread on the bottom cake layer.

Bake cake in preheated 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes until top of cake is golden brown. Cut into squares and serve.
