Quick blueberry cobbler is one of my favorite desserts. I make this blueberry cobbler whenever I want to serve a great dessert to my family and friends and have blueberries on hand. Take this with you everywhere you go and never take it home. A few days in the fridge is fine. You can eat it cold, or warm it up in the oven or microwave. You can also double this recipe to feed more people and use different fruits such as blackberries and raspberries. Try the pineapple blueberry muffins made with canned cinnamon rolls.
Quick Blueberry Cobbler Ingredients needed:
fresh or frozen blueberries
all purpose flour
white granulated sugar
Evaporated milk (you can also use regular milk)
Required Topping Ingredients:
white granulated sugar
This cobbler is super easy to make and made in 9X9, making it the perfect dessert for small gatherings. The topping is very good and a perfect contrast with the blueberries. Serve this dessert warm and top with ice cream. A delicious treat any time of the year!

quick blueberry cobbler
This is an easy and quick recipe that will be delicious anytime.
Serving: 6 serving
- 2 1/2 to 3 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tea spoon baking powder
- 3/4 cup white granulated sugar
- 1 cup evaporated milk You can use regular milk
- 3 tablespoon butter melted
- 1 tea spoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 tea spoon salt
- 1/2 cup boiling water
Spread blueberries in the bottom of a 9 x 9 baking dish. Put the cake flour and baking powder in a bowl and mix with a whisk, then add the sugar, milk, melted butter and vanilla extract. Stir all ingredients with a spoon and spread over blueberries in a baking dish.
Combine 1/2 cup sugar, cornstarch, and salt and sprinkle over flour mixture. Bring 1/2 cup water to a boil and pour in all ingredients. Do not stir.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. The brown top under the broiler for the last few minutes.
