Blueberry Cobbler - Southern Lady Cooks

Quick blueberry cobbler is one of my favorite desserts. I make this blueberry cobbler whenever I want to serve a great dessert to my family and friends and have blueberries on hand. Take this with you everywhere you go and never take it home. A few days in the fridge is fine. You can eat it cold, or warm it up in the oven or microwave. You can also double this recipe to feed more people and use different fruits such as blackberries and raspberries. Try the pineapple blueberry muffins made with canned cinnamon rolls.

Quick Blueberry Cobbler Ingredients needed:

fresh or frozen blueberries

Evaporated milk (you can also use regular milk)

melted butter

vanilla extract

Required Topping Ingredients:

This cobbler is super easy to make and made in 9X9, making it the perfect dessert for small gatherings. The topping is very good and a perfect contrast with the blueberries. Serve this dessert warm and top with ice cream. A delicious treat any time of the year!
