Simple Shrimp Sauté:

  • 1 lb jumbo shrimp Peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tea spoon garlic powder
  • 1 tea spoon onion powder
  • 1 tea spoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 tea spoon cumin
  • 1/2 tea spoon salt
  • 1/2 tea spoon black pepper
  • 1/4 tea spoon cayenne pepper

Quesadilla:

  • 4 10- inch flour tortilla
  • 1 1/2-2 cup cooked and chopped shrimp
  • 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Four tablespoon butter
  • Four tablespoon salsa
  • Guacamole for service

  • Remove the quesadillas from the skillet and cut into wedges.

You can use simply cooked shrimp or you can use flavorful sautéed shrimp. Just be sure to remove the tail.
