salmon patty

Salmon patties go back to this family history. When my mother was a child, my nanny always made it for me. My mother carried on that tradition and has been making it since we were children. He is still one of our most requested dishes. Ann and I always request salmon patties for birthdays. So many people appreciate them. There’s something about good old classics that warms your heart. I love that certain recipes have memories and traditions, and this one certainly does.

Salmon patties only require 4 ingredients.

Canned salmon (without draining)

egg

salty crackers, crushed

Cooking oil (I use canola oil)

What should I do with leftovers?

I honestly think leftovers taste better. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. I love to eat it cold with mustard. I’ve never frozen it, but I think it should be fine.

Here are some of our favorite reviews.

“Just like how my mom and I make it. I think simple is better. Or maybe the food you grew up eating tastes better than usual. ”- Charlotte

“This salmon patty is different than the salmon patties I grew up with, but so much better!!!”
