This strawberry whipped cream cake is delicious and beautiful!
Serving: Ten serving
vanilla hot milk cake
- Four egg
- 1 3/4 cup white granulated sugar
- 2 tea spoon of vanilla essence
- 2 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 2 1/2 tea spoon of baking powder
- 1 1/2 cup of milk used 2%
- Ten tablespoon of butter
- 2 cup strawberry

- 2 cup of whipped cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tea spoon vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Whip the eggs with a mixer until lemon-colored. Add sugar and vanilla and keep mixing.
Mix the cake flour and baking powder together and add to the dough.
Place the milk and butter in a saucepan on the stove and heat until the butter melts. Pour into cake batter and mix until smooth.
Pour batter into two 9-inch round greased cake tins. Bake in preheated oven for 25-28 minutes. Every oven is different, so check to see if it’s done.
Make the whipped cream while the cake is cooling.
In a large bowl, beat whipped topping ingredients (at high speed) until cream thickens and reaches whipped topping consistency.
Remove cake from pan and assemble cake.
